Elisa Samaniego is a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Business Department. Elisa’s practice primarily focuses on estate planning and probate law. Her experience includes preparing estate planning documents, advising fiduciaries and beneficiaries on trust and estate administration, and representing clients in probate proceedings. Additionally, Elisa advises clients on a wide range of business, corporate, and real estate matters.
Elisa received her B.B.A. in Finance and International Business from the University of Texas at El Paso. She attended Louisiana State University on a full tuition scholarship and graduated from LSU Law with a J.D. and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law. Elisa also studied at Universite Jean Moulin in Lyon, France, and earned a Graduate Diploma in European and International Business Law.
Elisa currently serves as the Secretary for the CASA of El Paso Board of Directors and the El Paso Women’s Bar Association. She is on the board of the El Paso Estate Planning Council and YWCA Paso del Norte Region, and a member of The George A. McAlmon American Inn of Court.
