Sergio M. Estrada

Sergio M. Estrada is a partner in the firm's Public and Environmental Law Department. He is an El Paso native and proud graduate of El Paso High School.

Before joining Kemp Smith, Mr. Estrada was an Assistant City Attorney in El Paso, Texas for over six years, and represented the City of El Paso in numerous civil lawsuits ranging from personal injury to wrongful death cases, contract disputes, code enforcement matters, and also served as a municipal prosecutor.

Mr. Estrada’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, including both trials and appeals, in matters involving contract issues and disputes, representation of local, regional and state-wide governmental bodies and assisting clients in connection with their interactions with governmental bodies in both litigation and administrative matters. He brings to the firm significant insight and experience in the area of governmental law and dealing and working with municipal governments.
